Yesterday was a brew day for Micah and Ian. Micah is one of (if not the) founder of our local homebrew club (Coachella Valley Homebrew Club or CVHBC) and Ian is a future member. They were brewing what the hope will be a 21% ABV Imperial Stout. That’s a 2 and 1 – no typo. [...]
